After almost 6 months of closure due to national measures COVID-19 we will reopen on 5th of June!

From 5 June, come and see the warm oil paintings and refined drawings of the Limburg painter Harry Koolen. Below is a picture of a beautiful portrait. Koolen often depicted women as nymph-like creatures surrounded by flowers.

You can also enjoy the temporary exhibition “Gimme Shelter” by the artist Judith Krebbekx, who lives in Meerssen, and in the Bovenzaal that of the Maastricht illustrator Esther van de Brink. And… don’t forget our permanent collection!

We follow the protocol of the Museum Association to guarantee a safe visit.

We hope to see you again soon! Book here: https://reserveer.museumvalkenburg.nl
