OPENING HOURS
Tuesday – Sunday: 1 pm – 4.30 pm

Closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Carnival, Easter Sunday and Pentecost Sunday.
Open Monday 2nd Easter day and 2th Pentecost.

ENTRANCE

  • € 8.00 p.p. (incl.free cup of coffee)
  • From January 1, 2023 you can no longer pay with cash, only debit card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • Museum card, patron card, ICOM card and friends card valid
  • Children under 12 accompanied by an adult: free
  • Group rate (min.15 people) € 6.00 p.p.
  • School group: € 25.00 (including guided tour)
  • School group Valkenburg a / d Geul: free
  • Guided tour (maximum 25 people): € 25.00
  • A supplement may be charged for special exhibitions.

ACCESSIBILITY

  • The main entrance to the museum is only accessible via a number of steps. The supervisor enters here and asks a desk employee to open the side door of the museum (for the disabled).
  • The main exhibitions take place on the ground floor in two barrier-free halls. The other areas can be reached via one or two short ramps. A museum employee is ready to help.
  • There is a disabled toilet.
  • There is a lift to the 1st and 2nd floors. It may be too small for a large wheelchair.
  • Upon departure, you must be asked at the desk to open the side door again.
